R. Maddenia ssp. Nova

R. ssp. Nova SEH 171 is a new Maddenia species. It is very dwarf, only 35cm tall x 50 wide in 10 years. Oddly the flowers face upwards, slightly fragrant, very hardy. We have not had rain in 3 weeks so the flowers are in better condition. Does anyone know where this was collected, I can not find the data? Thanks, Chip.
