R. X inopinum. Planten er fundet i et frøbed udfra indsamlede frø af R. wasonii af Wilson. Det er muligvis en hybrid af R. wasonii og R. pachytricum ligesom R. x paradoxum, RSBG, RSF 74/039. Bladene har et-laget indument bestående af små bundter af hår. Calyx 1.5 mm med afrundede lober.
