Beskrivelse
R. ludwigianum (Maddenia). Opret busk, bark afskallende. Blade omvendt ægformede (12 cm). Blomst hvid i juni. Endemisk i Thailand. Vokser fra 1600-2180 m. Ikke hårdfør i Danmark.

Free-growing shrub, to 1.5 m; young shoots lacking setae. Leaves 3–7 × 1.5–3.5 cm, obovate, apex rounded, margin not ciliate, upper surface with midrib impressed; lower surface covered with dense but not overlapping brownish scales. Flowers 2–3, in a loose terminal inflorescence, not scented; calyx disc-like, ciliate; corolla white and pink, funnel-campanulate, c.65 mm, outer surface pubescent, with scales restricted to the lobes; stamens 10; ovary scaly, tapering into the style that is scaly and pubescent below.
