R. ‘Taliensia’ sp. nova KR9836 (Taliensia). Nyintroduceret art af Keith Rushforth fra Arunachal Pradesh, Indien. Anjaw district, at Sayang Jang [SJ] (27.49’18.5’N, 96.51’58.4’E, 2773 m) campsite and above on ridge to circa 3000 m: on cliff edge at top of ridge, circa 3000 m, shrub with lanate leaves.

R. ‘Taliensia’ ssp. nova (Taliensia). Nyintroduceret art af Steven Hootman. Just back from China a couple of weeks ago. here is a shot of a new Taliensia from eastern China that I am assuming will have great heat and cold tolerance as it grows in the same area as anhweiense and fortunei. More info will be forthcoming from the RSBG. Not much on the internet about it. A very enigmatic species in that it is about 1000 miles from its nearest relative with a whole lot of low elevation subtropics in between plus it is a real chunky beast with great indumentum. A remnant species or…..? a real beauty. Could be a good one.
